Pulmonary Function Testing (PFT) is a complete functional evaluation of the respiratory system. Primary purpose of pulmonary function testing is to identify the severity of pulmonary impairment. It has both, diagnostic and therapeutic roles and helps clinicians understand patient’s condition better.
